Difficult.
To be honest the style is the default and looks a bit weird to me, but I kept with it as I thought you liked it.
At this point I’m only concerned with the name: SoftTester Blog and the text beneath it. If I submit to directories we want the directory listing to match the blog title fairly well and I don’t think many people will search for “SoftTester Blog”!
Any ideas?
Well when the blog was setup I’ve aimed to make it really quite broad so we would never run out of topics of conversation. But this has created an obvious problem.
For discussion, how about something along the lines of:
Software Promotion, Shareware & SEO Blog
This blog covers a range of topics concerning the SoftTester Shareware/ Software Download site. Topics include software product releases as well as SEO and software development information and tips.
Hmmm, so where does parenting etc fit in?
Its good for kids mask factory related topics.
Interesting discussion. I must admit I’d forgotten I saw a parenting topic a few weeks ago!
The existing title doesn’t really indicate that parenting topics are included, the title and description simply don’t rule anything out!
Unless you’ve got some ideas I’m happy to leave the text as it is.
I think we should go with this “Software Promotion, Shareware & SEO Blog”.
We can still do odd things like my parenting posts. I’m sure were not going to get put in jail by the internet police
I’ve made these changes, but I’ve had to squeeze things a bit as it wouldn’t all fit. Does it seem OK?
